I was conceived via DI at UTHSC in San Antonio in early June of '82. Donor was a med student. Doctors were Ricardo Asch, Jose Balmaceda, and Sergio Stone. Donor is most likely tall, as I am 6'0" tall and my mother is only 5'3". My mother said she believes the donor to have had brown hair and plain features (i.e. no giant ears or huge nose). For the most part, I look just like her, only super-sized. I'm currently studying veterinary medicine at the Royal Veterinary College in London. Would love to meet siblings and/or the donor. I find it quite interesting how many of the UTHSC offspring sound remarkably similar... 6'0" tall, interested in medicine, brown hair...etc.
Donor was a medical resident in San Antonio in 1981. In 1983 or 1984 he donated again for at least 6 months. We were so happy with our boy that we desired a half sibling; however, the donor completed his residency before conception of a second child. The donor may have brought the sperm to 8038 Wurzbach, the office building of the OB, Dr. Jonathan Mack Barham.
Dental or Medical school Student at University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio around 1983.
Medical or Dental Career Field.
Would have been a medical or dental student at the UT Health Science Center when Artificial Insemination occurred during the month of September in 1983, only fresh samples were used at that time. Donor recipient was a patient of Dr. Linda R. Ellsworth.
Conceived through the University of North Texas Health science center in November 1980. My mother's obstetrician was Dr Payne. I am 6', 165lbs, slim, light brown hair, caucasian, traveler and artist as well as science student. I'm pretty rad, so I assume the donor was too.
My sperm donor was a football player. He was in medical school. He was popular. That is what my mom remembers hearing from the nurses. She lost the paperwork.
I am 5'7 with brown hair, hazel eyes, and an athletic build. I was a collegiate swimmer and am now an attorney. I was born in San Antonio, Texas. I do not know the doctor or clinic.
I was conceived through DI. Conception would have been around August 1980,
I was born May 12, 1981. DI was done through UTexas medical school, the
donor being either a med student or resident working with a Dr. Jackson.
I was told he is tall, has brown hair and brown eyes and is either Jewish or
Irish. I have reason to believe that he has curly hair and a high forehead
with the gene for green eyes in his family. I couldn't say much more
because I look almost identical to my mother (except for the curly hair,
high forehead and green eyes). I also have reason to believe he was in the
field of obstetrics.
Before my conception there had been 2 or 3 miscarriages, so the sperm could
have been donated months before, he was said to enjoy the Houston area in
case my parents wanted to have more children by him. Supposedly the only
person who knows who he is is Dr. Jackson who now owns a car dealership in
California. And my mother signed a confidentiality agreement to not find
out who he is. The irony is I'm probably following in his footprints,
wanting to be an obstetrician and working to put myself into medschool.
