  • I was conceived December 15th, 1980 at 808 Broadway in Seattle, Washington. I do not know the name of the clinic, but it was probably affiliated with Swedish Hospital. It is possible that the donor was a medical student at The University of Washington at the time, although my parents were given no information about the donor whatsoever. I am interested in contact with any biological relatives, and to find out about my ethnic heritage.
