At 707 Broadway in 70's. Moved to Nordstrom Tower, then moved to Madison St in 2005. Pacific Gynecology Specialists (PGS) is located in downtown Seattle and is connected to Swedish Medical Center by a skywalk. Pacific Gynecology was originally partnered with Swedish Medical Center. Dr. Dr. Robert McIntosh started practicing with the group in 1976. Dr. William Coburn and Dr. Barry Stewart practiced here in the 70's too. Dr. Lee Hickock and Dr. Shaun Williams departed Pacific Gynecology Specialists in 2005 and opened up Pacific Northwest Fertility Clinic. Donor ID: WA, SEATTLE 1977 Donor most likely donated at UW Medicine or Reproductive Technologies. Dr. W.A. Coburn was my mother's doctor. Not sure when the donor started or stopped, but was atleast donating in Fall of 1977. I have no information, besides that Dr. Coburn told my parents, that typically donors were doctors, fire fighters, or police officers. Interesting note: I worked at a police department for about 10 years. Additionally, the clinic tried to match my father's traits. My father is 6'3", dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and is Norwegian and English. Although, I am only 5'5", have brown hair and blue eyes.
