Donor ID: UNKNOWN. C. DEC. 1977 AND C. OCT. 1983 I have found out the Dr's name who my mother used. His name Dr Frank Christian Greiss. My mom was inseminated with fresh sperm. She thinks that each try a different donor was used. The donors were med students and interns through Baptist Hospital and Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. My mom had some info the Dr gave her but my dad made her destroy it, my sister and I found out after he died that we were from AI and that we are only half sisters. We are hoping she can get her record from the hospital and learn more info. I was born 8/15/78 and my sister was born 6/30/84. If anyone has any information I would love to hear from you.
