Donor was a Medical Student or Resident at WFU in the late 1980's. Sperm likely donated during early-mid 1989 given my March 1990 birthdate. See message attached for additional personal details.
Caucasian. My mother was told they try to match the mother to the donor so the child looks more like her if recessive traits come out. I was conceived on June 6, 1990. The donor's last name was Myers.
I have found out the Dr's name who my mother used. His name Dr Frank Christian Greiss. My mom was inseminated with fresh sperm. She thinks that each try a different donor was used. The donors were med students and interns through Baptist Hospital and Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. My mom had some info the Dr gave her but my dad made her destroy it, my sister and I found out after he died that we were from AI and that we are only half sisters. We are hoping she can get her record from the hospital and learn more info. I was born 8/15/78 and my sister was born 6/30/84. If anyone has any information I would love to hear from you.
