Dr. Elbert Fisher an OB-GYN came to Panama City, Florida from Miami,Fl. He practiced from 1994 until his death in approx.2003. He used fresh sperm in his attempts to achieve pregnancy.I donated about 7 years. He only had 1-2 donors he used.
