Looking for a sperm donor who was a resident at Mount Sinai in 1986. Donation likely occurred in summer of 1986. My mother worked with Dr Richard Lumiere (whose offices were and still are on Central Part South) for the AI. Donor is likely tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Also looking for any potential siblings.
Donor was anonymous and supplied fresh sperm for same-day insemination In late June or early July, 1989. Minimal info supplied, only that he was in the 6 foot range, Italian American, and probably a medical student or intern. Do not know how long he provided specimens befor or after this one time.
I'm a baby girl born 2/15/1980 I suspect that my donor was received the summer of 1979. The doctor was Dr. Sherwin Kaufman and he had relations with Lennox Hill Hospital. My parents were told my donor was a medical student and might possibly have blonde hair/blue eyes.
I have connections on Ancestory.com but not to my biological father.
I am a donor-conceived woman and learned in 2023 who my biological father is.
I was conceived at the office of Dr Suzanne Yale (shared with Dr Adam Romoff) and born in May 1991. My mom received minimal information about the donor at the time but DNA testing on Ancestry and 23andMe has shown that I am Italian on my fathers side. I've also connected with a half-sibling who was conceived at this office. We are eager to connect with other siblings. I also grew up with a brother (born May 1988) who was conceived via a different sperm donor at this same office. The donor was Jewish (Ashkenazi). Please reach out if you're interested in connecting.
I was born in NYC at Columbia University Medical Center (Sloane Hospital) in September, 1953. I believe my biological father is European Jewish. My parents were living in Washington Heights in an Armenian community.
I found a half sister through 23andme.com, and have included her birthdate here as well.
Since we are born 16 years apart, it seems likely that there are other half siblings out there, and I'm interested to connect.
NYC intern or medical student. Donation was provided to Dr. Solon Gottlieb who was affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital and Margaret Sanger Research Center, NYC
HI. If anyone was conceived in the early-mid 60's to mid-70's in NYC and you think your mom went to a doctor on Park Ave, I'd love to hear from you. On a search for more half-siblings!
Thanks.
