Fairfax Cryobank states that this is an affiliate of theirs on their website in early 2007, it may have been before that year too. A former egg donor reports, " I am a donor from 1999 and tried to get any info I could from my clinic and they said the donation was and would remain anonymous and would in no was assist or allow me to leave info to pass along to the recipients and that they destroy records after 10 years. "
I am an Egg Donor. Made 22 eggs and donated 11 to friend, 11 to an anonymous recipient who paid for the cycle. Friend had twins. At least 1 child resulted for anonymous recipient. I am adopted but know my birthmother and have her complete medical history.
Donor is named Laura Roberts and has a twin sister Sarah Roberts who also was a donor. Both are from Toronto, Canada. I brought her to Cooper Center for IVF, but she had previously donated in Canada and Cooper was a one time donation, as far as I know. Siblings would most likely be from Canada.

--->These were donor embryos that were obtained from Cooper Center, but *created at an outside lab* which we have been told closed - this outside lab was supposedly located in NJ as well. Donor couple specified that the embryos must go to a married couple whose ages were under 42. Female was Japanese (age 25.9 at time of retrieval) and Male was Swiss, English, & Irish (age 41.5 at time of donation). Female was allergic to cats.
--->Embryos were created in March 2004. I am unsure of the specific date that they were donated, but we received the embryos in April 2006.
Donor ID# 412
We received 4 embryos donated at the Cooper Center in New Jersey. These embryos were created in January 2005.
We have limited information but we do know that the female was 25.5 years old at the time of the retrieval, ethnic origin is Russian, has brown eyes and brown hair. Her occupation was a hairdresser. Her hobby was swimming.
The male donor was 24.5 years old, ethnic origin is Puerto Rican, he has hazel eyes and brown hair. His occupation was a salesman and his hobby was basketball.
We are now the proud parents of twin boys and would like to personally thank our donors who made our dreams come true. Please don't be shy and make contact with us.
We were the recipients of 5 frozen embryos that were created in 2006. The donors used donor egg and donor sperm to create these embryos. We know that twin girls resulted from the fresh transfer to the female donor. Most interested in sibling contact but welcome contact with sperm and egg donor as well.
I did shared donation, 26 eggs in November 98, 18 eggs in February 99, and 23 eggs(kept the 3 shared the 20 with 2 recipients) September 99, I had a little boy in April 2000 from my 3 i am in contact with a family of 3 children that are from my 2nd donation of 18 eggs.
Egg Retrieval was July 25, 1999. Egg donor was 31 y.o.; She shared her eggs with me and I paid for the cycle. We froze the embryos and implanted them in November, 1999 and had a boy in July, 2000.
I was a one-time egg donor. I donated 12 eggs to one couple recipient in a donor share IVF program which I was told resulted in a pregnancy with the donor.
Our donor was 34 yrs old & produced 23 eggs in May of 2001. I did a shared cycle with another recipient. I conceived twins and one son was stillborn. My other son is almost 9 yrs old. I would love to know if he has any half siblings.
Our daughter was born in Aug. 2004. Eggs were retrieved early December, 2003 from hispanic/chilean donor (Donor 801, 5'10, hispanic/chilean, cosmetologist).
It was a shared cycle. We do not know the recipient of the other half of the eggs. The recipient of the other half of the eggs did not conceive with their fresh cycle in December, 2003, but we believe they did conceive sometime in 2004 with frozen embryos from that donation.
Donor donated to other recipients prior to December, 2003. Those recipients may have conceived also.
The donor does not have any children of her own. We would like to share information with the parents of any of our daughter's half-siblings.
