We’ve activated the Donor Sibling Registry medical/genetic/family information button.
You will see it right below the edit posting button. So far so good, but it was a huge implementation for the site, so if you have any trouble, please let me know.
To protect everyone’s privacy, the information that you enter on the medical update page will only be viewable by others who are actually posted for your donor. Only you will be able to add, edit or delete the information you enter there. We realize that sharing this type of information has always been a part of connecting on the DSR, but this will make it easier for people who first post, before they make contact and also for people who do not keep in close contact with their matches. I hope this is helpful to you all.
Now… on to the next project, getting ready to launch the Cambridge Research for 13-17 year olds, which should happen within the next month or so. I’ll be letting you know when to send your teens to the “Research” page.
