Now named Prince Henry's Institute of Medical Research and a part of Monash Medical in Clayton, Victoria. Donor codes were assigned on the basis of the donor's last name. i.e. if your donor code is D10, that would mean that the donor's last name began with the letter D and he was the 10th donor with a surname starting with D to come to the clinic.
