Drs. Heywood and Hebertson practiced together and used the same donor group at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. Please be aware that Drs. Heywood and Hebertson relied on their nurses to schedule the donors, and sometimes the communication between the doctors and their nurses about which donors to use was incomplete. Accordingly, the information either doctor may have given their patients about the donors they were matched with is likely to be inaccurate. Because the doctors did not use donor numbers, and often the doctors and nurses did not communicate well about which donors to use, a DNA matching service may be your best path for finding your donor or half-siblings.
