  • Dr. Fordney was the presiding physician at the time. Our daughter was conceived on March 17th 1988. The donor was married with a family and we were told he was one of the most successful donors. At the time fresh sperm was used. He was one of five siblings if I recall correctly . The donor relocated a few years later and I am not sure if he continued to donate his sperm. I will provide more details if and when they become available.
