  • For our embryo there is an egg and sperm donor that are not in a relationship (so the embryo is 'created' rather than being from some else's IVF cycle). The female donor # 423122 and is from the California IVF facility (California Conceptions program) who was a softball player on the UCD team, and the male donor # 9852 and is from the Seattle sperm bank. The male donor is technically an open donor named Duke, but I believe through the process at Cal Conceptions he generally remains anonymous in terms of our ability to contact him. The embryo ID is 2017-02-423122-9852.
