These numbers are the same as those at GIVF (Genetics and IVF). Sperm donors should be listed here, egg donors at GIVF. Fairfax supplies sperm to Can Am Cryo (Canada). They link to CLI on their website (and CLI links to Fairfax on their website), but they have their own donor numbers. They bought out a bunch of smaller sperm banks, including CLI, in 2002, but some of those banks are still operating in separate buildings and kept their old name. The donors are still separate from Fairfax numbers, so they don't have to be crossposted to the Fairfax list (but may need to be posted to another list--see the specific facility to see if something is mentioned in the heading).

  • Baby boy with deep blue eyes, long eyelashes and full lips. He has a wonderful smile and a personality that wins the hearts of everyone he comes in contact with. He loves people and is the happiest baby. We are truly blessed and wish we could thank our donor persoanlly. From the moment we saw 1876's sweet baby picture and heard the audio tape, we knew he was someone we'd be friends with if it were at all possible. Our son has an amazing personality and we believe the donor played a big role in this. . . We did have some complications. He was born healthy, but missing part of his left arm. Is there anyone else out there whose 1876 baby has any sort of birth defects? If so, We would like to e-mail. Our son is amazing and we feel his missing forearm/ hand has in no way effected his developments. He is learning to live a complete life, surrounded by love.
