The donor went to high school in New York and I assume used a Clinic in New York, but no Clinic Name or Donor ID# is on the information sheet. He would have graduated from Francis Lewis High School in New York around 1985, plus or minus a year.
Was currently an undergraduate student in Texas at the time of her donation (around December-January 1999). This was her first donation, not sure if she had any future donations. Heritage includes Norwegian ancestry, and possibly English/Irish and/or French. Donor should have blue or green eyes, or be a carrier for those colors. Hair is also likely blonde or light brown. The only health history I know of my donor is that her grandfather or father suffered with depression and alcoholism.
White/Caucasian, born to a South American bio dad.
Height: 5 feet.
Blood type O-
Weight: ~114 lbs.
Light brown
Curly
hair.
Hazel eyes.
Fair complexion.
Currently pursuing my BA in Applied Psychology .
Student.
Agnostic.
Drawing, reading, painting, listening to true crime podcasts, learning.
I was born with a twin and triplet. Unfortunately, our triplet later passed. My twin looks fairly similar to me and is about the same height and weight, although she is slightly taller. We were born premature, so this may affect our heights and weights slightly. My bio dad provided his sperm, and is from South America. I currently live in Berwyn, but grew up in the Chicago area, on the south side. My mother and father likely used a clinic or hospital in Illinois to conceive. Unfortunately, my parents could not (or would not) provide me with any information regarding our egg donor.
Donor is one of five children, possibly the middle child judging from the gap in sibling dob's, his father in journalism, newspaper, political writing of some kind, mother is school counselor or psychologist, his 4 siblings in architecture and computers, great grandfather was killed in hunting accident, donor's only medical "liability" listed was occasional sinus infections in winter. He has 8 years of post h.s. education, so is possibly a graduate from UCLA USC or a close institute. With teaching/acting as listed profession, possibly a music or English teacher with a master's in fine arts. Plays piano professionally and loves baseball and animals. He would be about 40-50ish by now. Twins were conceived in May of 1992 from his sperm, which I bought through CA sperm bank, which has changed to Procreative Technologies in the late 90's?, and I had it sent to AZ to AZ Center for Reproductive Medicine with Dr. Tamis who has retired years ago now. I don't know when he started or stopped, early 1990's-1995ish?, twins born in 1993 from two vials of his sperm sent from CA, UCLA clinic, which was bought out by another clinic. It took me 9 phone calls 8 years ago to find that out.
Dr. Maxwell (?) (the clinic was located on Fontanero) was the doctor
using and fresh sperm from a "college student" was used. Blonde, blue
over 6 ft. the year was 1996. No donor number is known.
German/French, Norwegian, and possibly some British and Polish ancestry.
At least a year of college, likely more.
Egg Donor. I was conceived around January 1999 with my twin brother using fresh eggs. Its likely that our donor has a light complexion, but tans easily. Likely has blonde or light brown hair and blue or green eyes. Blood type is probably B+ but may be O+
Our second child was
conceived via donor embryo and the donating couple also used an egg
donor as well- I have a good description of her but unfortunately I
do not know what agency, if any, she was with and do not have
a 'donor number' for her. She was described as 6' 0" tall, 170 lbs,
30 yrs old at the time of donation (1999), living in a large metro
area in the Pacific northwest, light brown hair, brown eyes, a
former teacher interested in starting a career in journalism. She
was also married and the mother of two young children (one boy, one
girl) at the time of donation. I would very much like to hear from
anyone who knows of a sibling or other genetic relative of my two
children or from one of the donors themselves! Thanks for looking
and good luck to everyone else on their search. Sarah
I am 23 years old, born in 1993 and have a sister (same donor was used) that was born in 1991. My mother only remembers that my donor had brown hair, was studying neuroscience, liked to ride bikes and had a couple sisters.
