She is currently at Northwest Center for Reproductive Sciences in the state of Washington (2006).

We know that this was before sperm was frozen. We also know that he provided other donations. We are looking for the siblings of this donor, if any are out there. It would be god to also find out more about the donor. Our son is now 24 years old.
