We are looking for more information about our donor. He was listed as a "known donor" through Options National Fertility Registry, which is where we originally contracted to use his sperm. The lab that his sperm was stored at was Zygen Laboratory and he was an anonymous donor on record with them. We would like to find out how our children can contact him if they want to when they are 18 yrs old.
