Details provided are pertaining to the Biological mom. Common full sibling has birth brother born 17 Feb 1966 in Oswego County Hospital (New York) and adopted out through Health and Welfare. Likely does not know he was adopted. DNA is in Ancestry.com, My Heritage, Family Tree DNA, 23 & Me, Living DNA and GED Match. There are postings in other sites as well, such as adoption registries and search match engines. Have also tried psychic readings (did not pan out thus far).
