  • Donor was a Resident in medical school at the time of donation for a Dr. Jack S. Gruber at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Gruber was also associated with Miami Valley Hospital and possibly other hospitals and/or clinics in the Dayton area.
  • The clinic name (DaVue) could be incorrect - I listed it because I remember several visits to that clinic as a very small child. However, it could also be a different clinic, associated with Wright State University, possibly one that no longer exists. My mother said she saw Dr. Gruber at the Frederick White Medical Building.
