The Donor Sibling Registry has been a member of The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and is currently a member of The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART), and The Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE).
The DSR was a Community Sponsor for the Resolve Walk of Hope in Denver in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
The DSR has had booths at many gay pride events, including Denver, Philadelphia, Seattle, Provincetown, and Washington DC.
